The Royal Weddings app tells the story of seven Royal weddings

The Royal Collection has launched an official “Royal App” detailing previous Royal weddings.

The Royal Weddings app tells the story of seven Royal weddings, from Queen Victoria and Prince Albert in 1840, to TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall in 2005.  It will be available to download for Apple and Android from 18 April 2011.

Proceeds from the Royal Wedding Charitable Gift Fund

More than 1m pounds has been contributed to the Royal Wedding Charitable Gift Fund.

The funds will benefit the 26 charities personally chosen by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
